Step 4: Financing & Permitting
Whether you have a lender or need a referral, we submit all documentation required to secure financing. Our team also manages all necessary permitting so your project stays on track.
Step 5: Construction
Every home is personally managed by the founder of Strand Custom Homes. Our in-house interior designer collaborates with you to make sure each space is tailored, beautiful, and cohesive.
Step 6: House Party
Welcome home! After the final walkthrough, we hand you the keys—and encourage you to throw that first housewarming party. We’ll be there to celebrate your vision brought to life.
